<p>This 12-String Acoustic-Electric Guitar from Alvarez is in overall excellent condition. It shows minimal signs of player use and wear except for one small finish/lacquer crack by the neck and sound hole. It is important to note that this crack is in the finish ONLY and is not in the wood of the guitar in anyway. The guitar has been set up professionally in store and is in proper working order. </p>
